Reporting to the President of LivCor, Michael Friedland, the Head of Business Planning will lead a newly created team by leveraging the firm’s advanced analytics and applying investment acumen to optimize the value of real estate in the LivCor portfolio.
She/he is uniquely positioned within the company to work across the entire organization. The successful candidate will work hand-in-hand with the acquisitions team and Blackstone to build detailed business plans rooted in capital markets expertise. This professional will collaborate with asset managers, revenue advisors, capex specialists and third-party operating partners to make tactical decisions that drive value, utilizing the expertise of the team to support yield-enhancing redevelopment decisions. On a daily basis, this professional will partner with the research and data insights teams to uncover predictive analytics and actionable trends in the portfolio.
In partnership with the LivCor leadership team and key stakeholders of Blackstone, the successful candidate will own and have responsibility for combining capital markets expertise, investment considerations, data analytics, portfolio management and on-the-ground strategy, and operate with urgency to drive value and create outsized relative returns for fiduciaries.
