As part of the LivCor Legal team, the Director will serve as a connecting liaison between broader LivCor team and LivCor Legal and advise on a wide range of legal matters such as corporate, litigation, real estate, and commercial contracts. This position provides a great opportunity to develop skills as a well-rounded in-house counsel and is ideal for a business-oriented attorney with strong customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly. In performing these responsibilities, the Director will work primarily with the LivCor Legal team and will also interface with Revantage Legal as well as other Blackstone portfolio companies across a wide variety of residential real estate asset classes. In addition, the Director will interact and work closely with other LivCor teams (including Operations and Asset Management) based on legal needs. The Director should be extremely organized and have the ability to think big picture, be creative, and work collaboratively. This position is based out of the LivCor headquarters in Chicago, IL.
