LivCor is growing in multiple ways: team size, portfolio size, asset variety, operational ownership, and operator count and structure. Each adds different demands on the business. Most importantly, the combination increases the complexity of executing enterprise-wide initiatives.

 

To help projects gain traction while competing with other demands for internal and external (e.g. operator) resources, we are creating an Enterprise Transformation Team (ETT). The ETT will govern LivCor’s project management practices, execute large enterprise-wide initiatives, and facilitate value add transformation. 

 

Most importantly, the ETT will lead by example and move initiatives forward in collaboration with all teams, using a customer service model. Success in this role will require a high level of flexibility and partnership with all areas of the business.

What you will do:

 

You will lead and build out our Enterprise Transformation Team (ETT) responsible for:

  • Ownership and accountability of LivCor program and project management.
  • LivCor program management principles.
  • Presenting standardized project reporting.
  • Resourcing and capacity planning.
  • Project management training and sharing of best practices.
  • Leading and delivering large enterprise-wide initiatives e.g. Smarthomes, Campus-wide Wifi.

What you should have:

  • A love for solving problems.
  • A customer service mentality.
  • Kindness, humility, honesty, and resilience. Growing quickly is hard. We want to do hard things with good people.
  • 10+ years of progressive, relevant project management experience including 5+ years of leading large program management offices. Real estate experience helpful but not required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
