We are looking for someone to join the most active multifamily platform in the industry. Since 2018, the platform has transacted more than $21 billion in multifamily assets. As a Sr. Analyst, Debt Capital Markets, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of analytical, origination, and reporting activities relating to Blackstone’s secured loan facilities, and for efficiently coordinating with Blackstone Capital Markets colleagues and other internal groups including Operations, Treasury, Accounting, and Legal. This person will be required to develop a deep understanding of the diligence, reporting, and operational requirements of the various loan facilities, and will communicate responsively and effectively with lenders, servicers and with Blackstone. In addition to unmatched transaction experience, you will collaborate with seasoned real estate investors across the LivCor and Blackstone teams. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to leverage the platform’s competitive advantage via proprietary business intelligence and a suite of in-house specialist teams, including Asset Management, Redevelopment, CapEx, Revenue Management, Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Marketing, Strategic Initiatives, as well as access to industry leading technology solutions.
This role will report to the director of Debt Capital Markets, LivCor’s newest function, and will be the second hire on the team. This hire will need to employ entrepreneurial critical thinking skills in tandem with senior leaders as the debt capital markets function is developed from the ground up. Being a “self-starter” and a “go-getter” is a must - the hire will have the opportunity to become a junior leader that operates somewhat independently upon demonstration of skillsets/capabilities.
