LivCor has a Technology Onboarding Specialist position who will work on two major priorities as part of their responsibility. First and foremost, they will onboard our partners/operators and all acquisitioned properties. Second, they will onboard all our users from a technology perspective. Onboarding into our system will consist of a lot of data importing and mapping, account creation and communication...a lot of communication.  Internal employee onboarding will be the same. This is inherently a technology role with a HIGH level of customer (internal/external) success sprinkled in.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our new or “in transit” operators and properties, as well as the POC for new hires that need technology lift
  • Be able to write scripts and import data, as well as create users, if needed
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate blockers early
  • Communicate technical requirements to technical and non-technical customer stakeholders to ensure customer readiness
  • Above all this spot will be the quarterback for all onboarding and interaction with the technology and data teams
  • Train and educate any customer on any system or know where they can get that training
  • Must believe good data is vital to a company’s health
  • Make effective and decisive decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with any project

What you should have:

  • Fundamental understanding of Customer Success as a professional discipline
  • Fundamental understanding of IT, computer networking, cloud computing, and SaaS
  • Fundamental understanding of cybersecurity operations and architecture
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate diplomatically with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with an interest in growing with the team
  • Lifelong learner with an aptitude for learning technical concepts
  • Highly adaptable- a problem solver, not a problem identifier.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, adjust and overcome blockers
  • Ability to listen actively and ask questions to understand the needs of others
  • Experience that demonstrates the ability to decompose complex problems, form creative solutions and execute
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals in past professional experiences
  • Professional experience in Implementation/Onboarding in IT, Project Management or customer support preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or School of Hard Knocks
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to initiate and drive projects proactively and accurately with a large, diverse team
  • Working knowledge of database platforms like MSSQL
  • An overwhelming desire to learn new things and to help people succeed. Soft-Skills rule
