The Talent Development Manager on our People team is responsible for ensuring that every LivCorian is provided with the learning and development support that helps them reach their true potential. In line with that, this role will also help to embed our diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging philosophy into learning and development as it relates to teammate development and growth.
The role will be responsible for leading all aspects of development programming including needs analysis, design, delivery and measurement. The ideal candidate will also have strong facilitation skills. We are looking for a Director of Portfolio Insights – Reporting who will be responsible for analyzing and communicating key operating and performance trends to both senior LivCor leadership teams and to Blackstone Asset Management. This leader will play a critical role in the design, development and enhancement of LivCor’s operational and financial reporting processes. This position will support a team of up 5 members located both domestically and off-shore, and will oversee multiple workstreams, requiring a process improvement mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Manager – FP&A will join a team of financial professionals responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reporting, annual budgeting and reforecasting, portfolio analytics, and market research. This role will interact extensively with LivCor asset management and executive leadership, Blackstone multifamily asset management, Revantage (LivCor’s affiliated real estate services company) accounting and treasury, and LivCor’s operating partners. The Manager – FP&A will be responsible for critical financial reports and analysis presented to Blackstone and LivCor’s executive leadership team. The position reports to the Sr. Manager - FP&A and will have at least 3 direct reports.

This individual will develop and execute an asset management strategy encompassing property leasing, capital expenditures, and third-party manager relationships. The VP Asset Management will also collaborate with Blackstone representatives on regional investment activities, including due diligence efforts, investment market assessments and property underwriting assumptions. This person will manage through third party service providers, including property management firms and leasing brokers. He/she will be a member of the asset management team and will have a significant responsibility for, and impact on, the portfolio's financial performance.

The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing a myriad of analytical duties associated with operatinga ~8,000-unit portfolio of multifamily properties. The duties include preparing monthly financial reporting, assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, quarterly board materials, conducting site visits with asset managers, buy/sell/hold & re-financing feasibility, and ad hoc analysis & reporting.
