LivCor specializes in multi-family properties throughout the U.S. LivCor oversees a portfolio of nearly 200 class A and B multi-family properties comprising approximately 70,000 units located in primary, secondary and tertiary markets across 20 states.
The Revenue Advisor is responsible for managing all aspects of their assigned operator partners and markets, including managing daily pricing and revenue manager support, execution of revenue strategy, managing the operator and onsite relationship and internal LivCor communication. As such, the Revenue Advisor is required to become an expert in Yieldstar, Performance Analytics with Benchmarking, Business Intelligence as well as various other internal communication platforms.
