  • The Project Analyst is a key position on the Strategic Initiatives team.  They will primarily be responsible for evaluating the SI team’s project performance and analyzing the feasibility of new projects. The PA will prepare budgets and recommend project KPIs.  They will perform analytical tasks to make sure approved projects are supporting goals and objectives. The PA is also a go-between for the project manager and stakeholders. They help gather, analyze and communicate requirements and changes to business processes, policies, etc.  In addition, they will assist in scheduling SI projects with the Operators, ensuring effective project status communication between the SI team and internal/external customers.

    As the Project Analyst, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions:

    • Assist in scheduling project introductions and kick-offs with Operators and teams
    • Determine general workflow and direct day-to-day project tasks for their areas of responsibility
    • Prepare standard communications for project announcements and status reports
    • Create, manage and distribute project reports
    • Maintain project assets, communications and databases
    • Evaluate and monitor project progress
    • Review and report on project budget
    • Perform regular project analysis
    • Notify project team when project anomalies are discovered

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1 year of experience in analytics
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent certification and experience combination
    • Multifamily experience preferred
    • Comfortable using software programs to process data and interpret the results through critical thinking
    • Superior analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft office applications
    • Able to juggle multiple tasks projects. Well organized, capable of multitasking and managing their time well
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborate at all levels, working with team members, senior management, and business owners to move projects forward.
