• Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence

  • Due to the continued growth of our organization, LivCor is seeiking a driven Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence to join our team. 


    LivCor and Revantage are in the process of creating a data warehouse to house data for our properties. The data warehouse will be a centralized database for all relevant financial and operating metrics. Revantage IT is setting up this data warehouse from a technical standpoint, and the Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence will work as the business liaison between Revantage IT and LivCor.  


    The Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of key business data required to run the day-to-day operations of LivCor. The Senior Analyst will actively engage various business unit partners to ensure compliance with data governance processes as well as resolve data quality issues within company source systems. The successful candidate will proactively provide frequent status updates to leadership and partner with the enterprise data warehouse team to ensure reportable data meets quality expectations. In addition, this position will help support ongoing maintenance of the Oracle PBCS application including Metadata, Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, Planning Forms & Reports, and EPM Automate integrations.

    As the Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions: 

    • Create and maintain master data attributes for property operations and financials.
    • Perform validation and corrections via audit reports to ensure standardization daily
    • Work as part of the Master Data Management team to recommended changes to improve process efficiencies, ensuring timely and professional communication to users, management, and senior leadership
    • Interface with cross-functional teams to validate adherence to master data policies and communicate non-adherence were appropriate
    • Application of best business practices for mass data updates as appropriate
    • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the master data governance operations
    • Develop standard procedures, user guides and other necessary training and job aid materials, along with training as needed
    • Utilize analytical skills to identify trends

    Required Qualifications: 

    • 3+ years of experience in data management with a high focus on data entry and data analysis
    • High attention to detail when performing data entry and analysis
    • Capable of communicating and collaborating with key business stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
    • Understanding of application databases and data warehouses
    • Strong analytical skills, detailed and process oriented
    • Ability to create and report on master data metrics using graphical representation (prior scorecard or visual management experience a plus)
    • Ability to work as part of a team to drive results
    • Process and service oriented
    • Experience in developing key documentation, user guides, and other necessary training materials
    • Experience in cross training team members and key users
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
    • Experience working with ERP systems
    • Experience working with Oracle PBCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase or similar system
    • Advanced PowerPoint, Strong/advanced excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, charts, macros, if statements) 

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    •  SQL experience 
    • Real estate industry experience
