• Revenue Advisor

  • The Revenue Advisor is responsible for managing all aspects of their assigned operator partners and markets, including managing daily pricing and revenue manager support, execution of revenue strategy, managing the operator and onsite relationship and internal LivCor communication. As such, the Revenue Advisor is required to become an expert in Yieldstar, Performance Analytics with Benchmarking, Business Intelligence, as well as various other internal communication platforms.   

    As Revenue Advisor, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions:

    • Lead pricing calls to evaluate asset performance, identify potential risk, and provide solutions
    • Articulate the LivCor Revenue Management value proposition and develop credibility for its concepts and benefits
    • Train operator resources on revenue management concepts
    • Regular review of rate recommendations
    • Price renewals and coach onsite teams through effective renewal negotiation
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with operators and LivCor at all levels
    • Act as a liaison between operators and other LivCor departments and support services to ensure smooth implementation and continued support of systems and processes
    • Regular discussions with on-site, regional and asset managers related to pricing questions, execution of Asset Strategy and general operating performance. Common questions would include observations on staffing and marketing
    • Monthly performance measurement analysis and reporting to senior management regarding financial results, revenue management adoption behavior, leasing velocity and market conditions
    • Serve as liaison within LivCor to ensure consistent communication between parties regarding issues and changes
    • Ongoing education of operators regarding pricing practices and the Price Optimizer system
    • Coordinate with other teams as needed to facilitate overall success



    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within industry 
    • 3-5+ years industry experience
    • Experience delivering professional presentations and communicating with senior executives
    • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Strong verbal skills due to heavy phone concentration
    • Ability to adapt to change and work well in a dynamic environment
    • Ability to work outside normal business hours at times depending upon workload
    • Openness to travel quarterly



    • Experience in Multi-Family Property Management, Asset Management or Market Research
    • Experience with multi-family business intelligence and benchmarking tools (Performance Analytics with Benchmarking, Rentlytics etc.)
    • Advanced technical and analytic skills (Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word)
