• Intern - Marketing & E-Commerce

  • The Intern - Marketing & E-Commerce will support the strategic development, assessment and management of marketing programs implemented by partnering management companies for a national apartment portfolio. Leveraging data and insight from the asset management team, this position will work on the selection, execution and analysis of digital marketing campaigns. The role will have potential for full project management over google campaigns and website development. Additionally, this position will focus on the analysis of ORM and online performance for assets across the portfolio.

    As the Intern - Marketing & E-Commerce, one will be held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions: 

    • Collaborate on multiple cross-functional projects that incorporate pricing and financial performance needs into the advertising strategy that will feed each property’s lead acquisition needs
    • Support the creation and performance of advertising campaigns
    • Assist in the assessment of digital strategies; including measuring ROI and performance to budget
    • Report on and react to the performance of 150+ standalone websites, partnering with the marketing manager and selected vendors to test new products and solutions
    • Support the implementation of compelling ad text to drive the most qualified traffic to assets’ websites
    • Assist in the implementation of tracking requirements, including call tracking and UTM codes
    • Responsible for the implementation and management of ongoing A/B tests to develop new best-practices on an ongoing basis
    • Partner with marketing department to identify digital marketing trends while exploring was to improve website conversions
    • Utilizing analysis platforms – build reporting around lead demand needs and online reputation performance
    • Assist the marketing department on needs related to lead gen, analysis and auditing

    • Has existing excel knowledge and an aptitude for systems learning
    • Experience with Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo Gemini or Facebook Advertising a plus
